SARS/COVID-19 Genomic Sequences for GHSBM Analysis

This dataset contains SARS/COVID-19 genomic and phylogenetic information used for research on hierarchical and geometric community detection models, specifically the Geometric Hierarchical Stochastic Block Model (GHSBM). The files are provided in two primary formats: TSV (.tsv): Tab-separated files detailing genomic sequence metadata (e.g., strain IDs, collection dates, relevant annotations). Newick (.nwk): Phylogenetic trees representing evolutionary relationships among different virus strains. By applying GHSBM to these data, we aim to explore how well geometric and hierarchical structures can be inferred from real viral evolution data without explicit time-series labels.
