Simulations Associated With "The Spin Zone: Synchronously and Asynchronously Rotating Land Planets Have Spectral Differences in Transmission"

The ROCKE-3D simulation files associated with the manuscript "The Spin Zone: Synchronously and Asynchronously Rotating Land Planets Have Spectral Differences in Transmission". Because of the file size and quantity, they have been divided into zip files. The directory structure of these files are as follows: simulations.tgz: This zipped file contains subdirectories for each instellation and rotation case (spanning the entire parameter space described in the manuscipt). Inside each folder are the 3 scaleacc diagnostics required to generate transmission spectra through the globes scripts (https://github.com/nasapsg/globes): the aij (2D latitude-longitude maps), aijk (3D latitude-longitude-pressure maps), and aijl (3D latitude-longitude-model level maps) files, for each 25-year average. rundecks.tgz: This zipped file contains the rundecks used to initialize the ROCKE-3D simulation runs. rsf_files.tgz: This zipped file contains the .rsf files that can be used to resume the simulations.
