选取SnSe作为测试样品,利用金刚石对顶砧产生100 GPa以上超高压,根据金刚石应力峰的拉曼位移对高压腔内的压力进行标定;利用自行设计搭建的高压原位低温泵浦-探测系统产生低温,并进行高压低温条件下的超快光谱测试,获得了SnSe在105GPa、5.3K条件下的超快光谱测试数据。
SnSe was selected as the test specimen. A diamond anvil cell (DAC) was utilized to generate ultrahigh pressure exceeding 100 GPa, and the pressure within the high-pressure chamber was calibrated via the Raman shift of the diamond stress peak. An independently designed and assembled in-situ high-pressure low-temperature pump-probe system was employed to produce low-temperature environments, and ultrafast spectroscopy measurements were performed under the combined conditions of high pressure and low temperature. As a result, ultrafast spectroscopy test data of SnSe under 105 GPa and 5.3 K were acquired.
