The Behavioral Insights Team (BIT) has provided this worksheet to cities like Rochester to guide staff through a standardized set of questions to answer to prepare for and design rigorous program evaluations. Please download the PDF to view several tables with specific questions in bold and sub-questions in italics for your team to answer and document. There is a helpful example for each question of how the City of Charlotte, NC used this template to answer their own question related to their evaluation of an improvement to how bulk trash pickup works to improve the number of household requesting this service who successfully had items in the right place and right time for pickup.
