The non-canonical RNA polyadenylation polymerase FAM46C is essential for fastening sperm head and flagellum in mice

FAM46C has been proved to be a RNA polyadenylation polymerase. Fam46c KO resulted in male infertility caused by the production of acephalic sperm. we performed RNA sequencing to identify genes regulated by FAM46C Overall design: We conducted RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis to identify FAM46C-regulated genes that were differentially expressed in testis of Fam46c KO and WT mice.
