DIPY Processed Parkinson's Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI) Data Derivatives

Original PPMI diffusion MRI data of 64 subjects (32 patients, 32 healthy controls) was processed using DIPY.PPMI data derivatives include white matter tracts in common space (MNI space) and tracts in subject's original space. It includes anatomical measures extracted from diffusion data such as FA, RD, MD, and AD and it also contains CSA peaks file for 32 patient subjects and 32 control subjects.This data set was generated by Chandio, B.Q., et al.
