CGGBP1 has been implicated in transcription regulation. We tried to investigate the molecular mechanism of how transcription is regulated by depletion of CGGBP1 protein. siRNA for CGGBP1 or its control was transfected into U-2OS Tet-ON cells and cultured for 72h followed by SLAM-Seq analysis.
