The role of leader behaviour on project team performance in the execution of construction projects

<strong>2021_FBMSREC 097 </strong>The dataset is split into three sections: Section A – Biography, Section B – Likert scale, and Section C–open-ended questions. Each section had several questions for different information purposes. Section A’s main focus was on biography to assess the study participants’ levels, importance, and understanding. Section B was a Likert scale used to evaluate variables such as perceptions, expectations, experiences and gave respondents a chance to express their views on how their leaders conduct themselves and what they would love to see from their project leaders. While the last section, Section C, was made of closed and open-ended questions designed to give respondents space to respond and express themselves thoroughly without being restricted to a set of questions.
