Additional file 6 of Detection and discovery of plant viruses in soybean by metagenomic sequencing

Additional file 6 Figure S6. ClYVV-IA-2016 and ClYVV-IA-2017 confirmed by Sanger sequencing in green house grown N. benthamiana, soybean, and broad bean infected plants. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was performed in all 18 samples including mock-inoculated controls. The PCR products were visualized in a 1% agarose gel electrophoresis containing SYBR Safe DNA gel stain. The PCR products were cleaned using ExoSAP-IT PCR product cleanup reagent and sequenced on Sanger sequencing platform. Primer sequences were designed using Primer3 plus from assembled contigs and the primers were used in this study
