资源简介:
The dataset is from five field trials conducted in 2015 and 2016 to assess crown rot (Fusarium pseudograminearum ) disease severity in bread wheat varieties.
The trials were performed at Wellcamp Field Station (Queensland), PBI Narrabri (NSW), and CSIRO Gatton Research Farm (Queensland).
Twelve wheat genotypes, varying in susceptibility to crown rot, were sown in single rows and inoculated with Fusarium pseudograminearum at planting. At maturity (Zadoks GS90–99, November–December), all plants from each plot were harvested and evaluated.
For each plot, the following data were recorded:
- Number of plants per plot
- Tiller type
- Percentage of lesions covering the lower 15 cm of stems
- Crown rot severity, scored on a 0–4 scale (0 = no lesions, 4 = dead head)
