When performing vNOTES salpingectomy, are we damaging the ovarian reserve? Results from a randomized, controlled trial.

This dataset contains anonymized clinical data of women who underwent gynecologic surgery.Demographic characteristics, obstetric history, surgical variables, and ovarian reserve markers were recorded.Serum Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) levels and Antral Follicle Count (AFC) were measured preoperatively and at 3 months postoperatively.Hemoglobin levels were recorded before and after surgery, along with operation duration and length of hospital stay. The dataset is intended for use in clinical and reproductive endocrinology research, particularly studies investigating the relationship between thyroid function, surgical interventions, and ovarian reserve parameters.
