Maintenance of the LINK PARCOURS software and extension of the perimeter to the GHT Lorraine Nord

The consultation focused on the maintenance of the software LINK PARCOURS and extension of the perimeter to the GHT Lorraine Nord

The contract consists of six lots:

• Lot 1: Experimental Perimeter Software Maintenance
• Lot 2: software maintenance and extension at CHR Metz-Thionville
• Lot 3: software maintenance and extension at CH BRIEY
• Lot 4: software maintenance and extension to CHR BOULAY
• Lot 5: software maintenance and extension to EPDS GORZE
• Lot 6: costs of services and support

It is a service contract.

The duration of the contract shall be concluded for a period from the date of its notification until 31/12/2024, renewable three times one year.

The consultation procedure used is that of a negotiated contract without advertising and without competitive tendering, subject to the provisions of Article R.2122-3-3° of the Public Procurement Code.
The contracting authority awarded contract 20240000000451 to CERCLH for a total estimated amount of EUR 652 568.50 excluding VAT for all the lots.
