资源简介:
This project investigates soil microbial diversity under different grazing regimes in desert grasslands using high-throughput amplicon sequencing of the 16S rRNA and ITS regions. Both rhizosphere and bulk soil samples were collected from experimental plots subjected to varying grazing intensities to evaluate shifts in bacterial and fungal community composition and diversity. The study aims to compare microbial community patterns between rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils and to assess how grazing management influences soil microbial structure and its potential implications for nutrient cycling and ecosystem functioning in arid and semi-arid grassland systems. The generated sequencing data provide valuable resources for understanding microbial responses to grazing disturbance and contribute to broader research on sustainable grassland management and soil ecological processes.
