DESI DR1 radial velocity correction for the backup program of the main survey.

This the table of radial velocity offsets for sources in the DESI DR1 stelllar catalogue observed in the backup program of the main survey. The velocity offets need to be subtracted from the velocities in the catalogue. The FITS table has two columns the TARGETID (source identifier in DESI) and the radial velocity correction for that source.
