Raw data for: Exploring the association between immune cells and Alzheimer's disease mediated by inflammatory cytokines

This dataset contains the raw and processed data for the study titled "Exploring the association between immune cells and Alzheimer's disease mediated by inflammatory cytokines: a multi-omics and Mendelian randomization analysis" (submitted to *Alzheimers Research & Therapy*).The data include:1. GWAS summary statistics for Alzheimer's disease (AD), immune cell subsets, and inflammatory cytokines;2. Single-cell RNA sequencing data (GSE157827) from AD patient and control brain samples;3. Transcriptome data (GSE5281, GSE122063) for AD-related gene expression analysis;4. Processed datasets used in Mendelian randomization (MR) analyses to investigate the causal links between immune cells, inflammatory cytokines, and AD risk;5. README documentation and analysis scripts to reproduce the study results.All data are organized to facilitate transparency and reproducibility of the findings reported in the manuscript. This dataset is shared under the CC BY 4.0 licence to enable open reuse and further research in the field of AD and neuroimmunology.
