Chemical space of of Citrus compounds

A list of compounds, previously documented for the genus Citrus, was retrieved and downloaded from the Lotus Natural Products database (available at https://lotus.naturalproducts.net, accessed on November 3, 2023). This compilation was then processed through the BDsimilarity method (https://analyticalsciencejournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/pca.3277) to calculate structural similarities among the compounds and to visualize the chemical space via a similarity network.
