HS-GC-IMS data of cocoa liquor from 4 different geographies

This is a zip file of raw data set from HS-GC-IMS measurements obtained from cocoa liquor samples from 4 different geographies (Ghana, Nicaragua, Peru, Ivory Coast) both using either nitrogen or hydrogen as a carrier gas. The data format is native *.mea, unzip the file to generate the original folder structure. The raw data can be analyzed by our open-source toolbox gc-ims-tools, available under https://github.com/Charisma-Mannheim/gc-ims-tools.
