To investigate the function of KLF5 in ovarian cancer, we established SKOV3 cell lines in which KLF5 has been knocked down by shRNA.Cells were collected and performed RNA sequencing. Overall design: SKOV3-sh-NC cells and SKOV3-sh-KLF5 were collected.Each group contains three replicates.
