MuA-based Molecular Indexing for Rare Mutation Detection by Next-Generation Sequencing

Detection of low-frequency mutations in cancer genomes or other heterogeneous cell populations requires high-fidelity sequencing. Here we present data supporting one method that could be used to detect SNPs with high fidelity.
