Dataset for food and health professionals and aspirant professionals' knowledge, attitude, and practices related to the risks and benefits of dietary patterns: a structural equation modelling approach in three European countries

These datasets were generated within the PRISMA project (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Grant Agreement No. 101110615) for food and health professionals and aspirant professionals’ knowledge, attitude, and practices related to the risks and benefits of dietary patterns: a structural equation modelling approach in three European countries (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.fufo.2025.100586). The files include: consumers' socio-demographic profile; regression modelling of consumers’ demographic profile in relation to their knowledge, attitude, and dietary practices; consumers' knowledge-attitude-practices; structural equation modelling depicting the effect of attitude and knowledge on consumers' practices; exploratory factor analysis with the extracted components, factor loading, variance, and Cronbach’s alpha for Northern Ireland respondents; model composite reliability, discriminant and convergent validity.
