This dataset contains quantitative and qualitative data collected during a study that investigated the effectiveness of Interactive Computer-Based Laboratory Simulations (ICBLS) in improving students' performance and concept retention in the chemistry topic of chemical reactions.
The data was collected in three phases:
1. Pre-test Phase – To establish students’ baseline understanding of chemical reactions.
2. Intervention Phase – Students in the experimental group used ICBLS during chemistry instruction, while the control group used conventional teaching methods.
3. Post-test and Retention Test Phase – To evaluate learning gains and long-term retention.
