RNA-seq of macrophage subsets and adipose tissue progenitors in the epididymal adipose tissue of chow- and high-fat diet-fed WT and Ccr2-deficient animals (C3H background)

Macrophage subsets were sorted from the epididymal adipose tissue of chow- and high-fat diet-fed WT, and their transcriptomic profiles were performed using RNAseq. CD9-high adipose tissue progenitors were sorted from the epididymal adipose tissue of high-fat diet-fed WT and Ccr2-deficient animals, and their transcriptomic profiles were performed using RNAseq.
