Bending phenomenon is a very common in rose production, which has brought great losses to production. We analysis the normal and bending-growth peduncles by transcriptome analysis. We have screenedsome differentially expressed genes, involved in auxin and cytokynin response, and preliminarily concluded that plant hormones (cytokinins and auxins) played an important role in regulating the bending growth.
