Interviews with healthcare workers. The anonymized transcripts.

In-depth semi-structured interviews with Health-Care Workers (HCWs) Aim: The interviews to analyze the perception of psychological resilience enhancement training programs. We want to understand whether HCWs have an approach to resilience enhancement training programs, the drivers and barriers to participation in such training programs, how they perceive the institutional conditions and tools for better employability, and for fulfilling the potential of inner sources by decreasing stress, depression, and anxiety. Participants: Altogether, 20 participants from the HCW population.
