The fungal structure (mycobiome) of agriculturally used soils affected by flooding Metagenome

This study examined the fungal structure (mycobiome) of agricultural soils affected by flooding in the provinces of Opole Voivodeship, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, and Warmian Masurian Voivodeship. The study aimed to analyse the bacterial structure of these soils after flooding. Soil samples were taken at various times after the floodwaters had receded. This research formed part of Task 1.9, titled 'Microbiological monitoring of arable soils in flood areas: safety, fertility and biodiversity', which was financed by a targeted grant from the Polish Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for 2025.
