资源简介:
Data based on FACS coding of video clips obtained Sept 2010-Apr 2011 in Tangkoko-Batuangus Reserve, North Sulawesi, Indonesia.
Column A shows unique video clip ID, and Column B was a lookup based on this. This was kept because changing references to column numbers in various versions of the code would have been time-consuming.Columns C and D show the date and time at which the interaction happened (based on the time that the occurrence of an expression was recorded by the original observer, not based on video clip timestamp).Columns E and G-K show characteristics of the animals interacting. Animals had unique 2-letter ID codes. j is an unknown juvenile, m is unknown male, f is unknown female, i is infant, ox is receiver not seen. Signaller ID is Subject (col H), receiver ID is Partner (col J), and col G shows the ID of the animal being followed at the time - this is usually but not always the signaller, depending on the relative position of the two animals and the camera. Subject sex (col I) and partner sex (col K) are combined into sex combination (Sexes; col E).Columns L, M and N are the start, end, and calculated duration of the expression sequence. The coder coded the start of the expression when the face first shifted from neutral while the signaller was looking at the receiver, and coded the end when the face returned to neutral or turned away from the receiver for the last time.Column O shows the length of time for which the animal was in sight between the start and end points of the interaction.Column P shows the total number of distinct AU combinations present in the expression sequence.Col AX, ExprCh - the number of times expressions changed during a sequence. Col Q, ExprChSec, - Number of changes in expression configuration per second.Col R - per above but expressed per 0.1s to enable easier comparison to ratio data.Col S, AUCombsSec - number of distinct AU combinations occurring per second.Cols T, U; ExprCHRtSec, AUCombsRtSec - per cols Q & S above, except dividing by the square root of sequence duration.

Columns V-AQ show raw duration (in seconds) of all MaqFACS AUs/ADs for each expression sequence. N.B. 1plus2 = AU1+2 (in MaqFACS as a single AU)Columns AR-AW show Raw duration for AU10, AU12, and AU26 split by intensity (10AB = time that AU10 was active at low intensity; 12CDE = time that AU12 was at high intensity, etc.)Columns BH-CI show ratio of expression sequences for which each AU is present. This is achieved by dividing the raw numbers in columns V-AW by the duration of each expression sequence.
Col BB - Intensity 10 - Ratio10CDE / Ratio10 i.e. proportion of time that AU10 is at high intensity, when AU10 is active.
Col BC - Intensity 12 - Ratio12CDE / Ratio12 Col BD - Intensity 26 - Ratio26CDE / Ratio26Cols AY-BA - IntChange10, IntChange12, IntChange26 - Number of times the intensity of AU10, AU12, AU26 changes during the expression sequence. N.B. activation/deactivation of AUs doesn't count as changes in intensity.Cols BE-BG - IntChange10Sec, IntChange12Sec, IntChange26Sec - intensity changes per second i.e. cols AY-BA divided by duration of sequence.
