We track Uniform Mortgage-Backed Securities (UMBS) and Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) for the three government sponsored entities (GSE's). Our data feeds also include Supers, Giant MBS and more per request. In addition to MBS data we provide CRT loan-level disclosure data. All STACR® and ACIS® files are available for download in the latest format for all time periods by deal. When a download includes new issuance deals, the Aggregated Zip Code file is also included in the zip file. For HRP and FTR deals, Lifetime Payment History and the Pre-HARP loan tape, if applicable, are also included. STACR® SPI and WLS disclosures remain in a different format.
