资源简介:
We provide data and the code for ecosystem CO2 flux, soil respired CO2, and 13CO2. The measurements were made under drought, elevated CO2, and warming treatment in grassland during summer 2017.
The file 'Ecosystemfluxes.csv' contains data of ecosystem fluxes (Gross primary productivity; Ecosystem respiration; Net ecosystem productivity).
The file 'C13remaining.csv' contains data of excess 13C in the plant, soil, and soil respiration 8 days after 13CO2 pulse labeling.
The file 'dynamics.csv' contains data of soil respired CO2, 13CO2, soil water content, soil temperature and PAR.
The R file 'Ecosystem_Fluxes.R' explains and plots the data from 'Ecosystemfluxes.csv'
The R file 'C13_remaining.R' explains and plots the data from 'C13remaining.csv'.
The R file 'Time_dynamics.R' explains and plots the data from 'dynamics.csv'. In addition, this R file also provides the script for time series regression analysis between response variables (soil respired CO2 and soil respired 13CO2) and environmental drivers (soil water content, soil temperature, and PAR).
