Expression profiling of whole E10.5 embryos expressing 5 copies of Mir483 at the endogenous locus

In this study we generated mice with over-expression of microRNA Mir483, by insertion of four extra-copies at the endogenous locus. Whole transcriptome analysis was performed by RNA-seq in in total lysates of E10.5 embryos (mutants with five copies - 5C - and wild-type controls). Overall design: We performed RNA-seq analysis in E10.5 mouse embryos with five copies of microRNA Mir483 (n=3 biological replicates) and wild-type littermate controls (n=3 biological replicates)
