Research Data Publishing in the Digital Economy

This report was released by Prof. Zhou Yuanchun at the China Library Association Professional Library Branch 2022 Annual Conference and Professional Library Development Forum. The report mainly expounds that research data is the key factor of production in the era of digital economy, and data publishing is an important mode of data opening and sharing. It also introduces the practice of international data publishing service provided by Science Data Bank for journals, researchers and research institutions. Finally, it brings out thoughts and prospects from the upgrading and reform of the publishing industry driven by big data.
