This dataset was developed by GIPSA Laboratory for research on P300-based brain-computer interface (BCI). It implements BCI systems on consumer smartphone-powered VR devices and personal computers, aiming to compare user experience and performance across these two environments. The dataset includes EEG signals from 21 volunteers, collected using a standard research-grade amplifier and 16 wet electrodes, with comprehensive data covering the entire workflow from signal acquisition to participant feedback. During the development process, the Unity Engine was employed to guarantee the consistency of visual stimuli, and questionnaires were used to gather subjective feedback from participants. This dataset is primarily used for BCI performance evaluation and user experience studies, with the objective of resolving the adaptability and efficiency challenges of BCI across different environments.
