we report the response of gut fungal community to different combinations of diet. Three factors, ratio of (2:1, 1:1 and 1:2) amylose to amylopectin (AM/AP) , concentration of non-starch polysaccharides (NSP, 1%, 2% and 3%) and mannan-oligosaccharide (MOS, 400, 800 and 1,200 mg/kg), were considered according to a L9 (34) orthogonal design to form nine diets with different combination of dietary carbohydrates. Sequencing based on an Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform targeting the internal transcribed spacer 1 region showed that the fungal community in the diets.
