The Strategic Team consists of the following departments whose leaders report directly to the County Manager: Finance, Human Resources, Policy & Planning, Chief Clerk’s Office, Compliance & Ethics, and Transforming Systems Together. This service team leads countywide projects and programs related to the biennial budget, strategic plan, recruiting, hiring and training employees, policy research and analysis, advisory boards and committees, matters related to compliance and ethics and shared decision-making initiatives lead with community.
