We performed bulk RNAsequencing of neutrophils isolated from whole blood treated with CD20-TCB to study the early kinetics of cytokine release in neutrophils. Overall design: Whole blood from 4 donors was treated with 0.2 µg/mL CD20-TCB or DP47-TCB (untargeted-TCB). At assay endpoints (4 and 20 hrs), blood was collected for neutrophil isolation using the MACSxpress whole blood neutrophil isolation kit (Miltenyi).
