ADAR1 RNA editing in HEK293T

This dataset aims to study ADAR1 RNA editing in HEK293T. To do so, we have generated and sequenced ADAR1 knockout (KO) and ADAR1 p110 overexpressing (OE) cell lines in comparison to HEK293T wildtype (WT). The comparison between HEK293T WT and ADAR1 KO allows the identification of any ADAR1-dependent editing sites without the need for full genome sequencing. The ADAR1 p110 OE cell lines also allow us to simulate conditions in which this isoform is overexpressed and detect RNA editing sites not found in normal physiological conditions.
