This article presents a comparative analysis of international practices in innovation ecosystems and technological transformation aimed at enhancing the financial competitiveness of small business entities. Based on the experience of foreign countries, the study evaluates the impact of innovation infrastructure, digital technologies, and institutional cooperation mechanisms on the development of small businesses. Furthermore, it substantiates the priority directions for adapting these practices to the conditions of Uzbekistan.
