We used RNA-Sequencing technology to analyze the transcriptomes of two ascovirus isolates, SfAV and TnAV, over three weeks. Spodopetera frugiperda and Trichoplusia ni were infected with one of two ascoviruses, SfAV or TnAV respectively, and host tissue samples were sequenced with RNA-Sequencing technology over time in three replicates.
