Supplementary Traceability Matrix for Trustworthy Healthcare Cyber-Physical Systems

This supplementary dataset supports the manuscript Trustworthy Healthcare Cyber-Physical Systems: A Comprehensive Systems-Science Review of Privacy, Safety, Human Values, and Lifecycle Governance. The deposited matrix links each retained source number in the manuscript reference list to the evidence stratum, manuscript function, system layer, lifecycle phase, and evidence role used in the review. It is provided to make the manuscript's traceability and claim-audit process inspectable. The dataset contains bibliographic traceability metadata only. It does not contain patient data, clinical records, proprietary datasets, or personally identifiable research-subject information.
