资源简介:

In assessing children's health in the Aral Sea region, it is essential to comprehensively consider environmental load, nutrition, physical development, and functional adaptation indicators. Research conducted in the region has documented conditions such as anemia, iron deficiency, renal tubular dysfunction, and hypercalciuria among children; however, environmental, social, and nutritional factors may interact in their development [1-4]. The pediatric organism is more sensitive to environmental impacts than adults, and during growth and development, water quality, airborne dust, food composition, and microelement supply hold particular significance [5,6]. Regular monitoring of height, body weight, and body mass index during school age aids in early detection of deviations in physical development. Heart rate variability allows non-invasive assessment of autonomic regulation and adaptation status; this parameter varies depending on age, body composition, and lifestyle [7,8]. Comprehensive monitoring serves to identify high-risk groups early and individualize preventive measures in environmentally unfavorable regions. Therefore, supplementing routine preventive examinations with targeted laboratory and functional assessments in regional pediatrics—especially in children with reduced growth rates or recurrent complaints—represents a clinically sound approach.
