A folder containing two files. (1) A CSV file containing processed output data for the DMS experment, which measured the dose response functions of ~300,000 RamR biosensor variants to the chemicals DHIQ, S-THIQ, and R-THIQ, using a quantitateive growth-based massively parallel reporter assay. (2) A CSV file containing flow cytometry data of several RamR biosensor variants in response to DHIQ, S-THIQ, and R-THIQ.
