Expression data from "A patient-derived cell atlas of glioblastoma informs precision targeting of the proteasome" (Johansson et al, Cell Reports, 2020)

We analysed gene expression levels in a panel of pharmacologically patient derived glioblastoma cell lines. The purpose of the experiment was to provide gene expression data for predictive modeling of drug responses. Total RNA extracted from GC lines using the RNeasy Mini kit (Qiagen) was labeled and hybridized on Affymetrix Human Transcriptome 2.0 arrays. Expression levels were RMA-normalized employing the Affymetrix Expression Console software.
