Longitudinal transcriptomic profiling of myeloid cells from cerebral hemorrhage patients reveals conserved features of the inflammatory response and highlights the potential importance of cellular metabolism in guiding macrophage functions and improved patient outcomes. 399 longitudinal transcriptional profiles of CD14+ monocytes/macrohages and neutrophils isolated from peripheral blood and hematoma effluent of 21 patients, as well as from the peripheral blood of 5 healthy controls.Includes technical replicates of some, but not all samples.
