The responses of mouse ovary to the LPS induced inflammation

To analyze how ovarian primordial follicles to respond inflammation, we did RNA-seq and scRNA-seq of the LPS and PBS treated mouse ovaries. In this study, 22-day-old female ICR strain mice were injected with 3 micro-g/g of lipopolysaccharide, while the control group mice were injected with PBS. After 24 or 48 hours, the ovaries of the mice were isolated and subjected to transcriptomic analysis.
