AngII infusion in mouse is a classic model of cardiac hypertrophy. Here we aimed to understand how non-myocytes in the myocardium respond to AngII stimulation. Overall design: Lyz2-Cre and Lyz2-KLF2-KO mice were subjected to AngII infusion at the dose of 1.0 ug/kg/min for one week. CD45+ and CD31+ cells were sorted from the heart, and subjected to single cell capture by 10X genomics device and followed by RNA-seq using Illumina platform.
