Mouse brain endothelial-derived small extracellular vesicles LC-MS/MS

We found that mouse brain endothelial-derived small extracellular vesicles from 1µM Angiotensin II-treated and control groups could have different effects on mouse neuronal synaptic structure and function. To explore potential mediators involved in the difference, we performed proteomic profiling betweenthese two kinds of mouse brain endothelial-derived small extracellular vesicles.
