The goal of this study was to determine the genomic sequence of 2 different strains deleted for 10 toxin-antitoxin systems obtained in 2 different labs. These 2 strains present different phenotypes in terms of persistence to antibiotics. Whole genome sequencing was performed to identify additional mutations and large rearrangements that could explain the difference in phenotypes
