Korea national stem cell bank reposit human embryonic stem cell lines and induced pluripotent stem cell lines from 2012. Quality controlled and ethically sourced cell lines were developed for distributing. Currently (as of 2020) among the 69 deposited lines, 4 hESC lines and 19 iPSC lines are distributing. To ensure the quality of the cell lines, we are performing twenty different quality tests on identity, sterility, consistency, stability and safety. Informative genetic quality tests data such as SNPchip, WES, Methylseq, RNAseq is open to the public.
