Data on the development tax per municipality. You will find:
— links to download (view) by common the deliberations for the application of the planning tax on their territory;
— the applicable communal rates;
— in the case of sectorisation, the indication whether the municipality has sectors and the rate of the tax to be applied there;
— the exemptions, if any, voted for the different types (9 possible cases) and their rates.
Regulatory reference: Reform of the taxation of planning adopted under Law 2010_1658 of 29/12/2010. Article 28 created a chapter on Planning Taxation (TA) and entered into force on 1/03/2012
