We sequenced 31 macaque lymph nodes from six animals using TrueSeq Stranded Total RNA with RiboZero Gold rRNA depletion with 200ng input. The macaque are infected with SIV. The RNA is not poly-a selected, so it includes the viral RNA as well as non-polyadenylated transcripts. The goal of the study is to support development of our spatial sequencing techniques.
