Ruminal fluid Raw sequence reads. Bovine ruminal fluid

The objective of this studio was to analyze microbial diversity from rumen metagenomes of bovines fed with yeast additives. Four treatments were performed, T0: Control treatment, T1: Liquid yeast 150, T2: liquid yeast 300 and T3: lyophilized yeast.The sequences obtained were used to perform a diversity analysis in bacteria, archaea, fungi, protozoa, and viruses; and functional and CAZymes annotations.
